Scope of Services. Through this Site, Lift & Load Junk Removal markets and arranges Attic Cleanout, Property Cleanout, Garage Cleanout, Post-Construction Cleanup, Furniture Hauling, Appliance Hauling. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Lift & Load Junk Removal and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Warranty Disclaimer. Lift & Load Junk Removal makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lift & Load Junk Removal's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Lift & Load Junk Removal in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Lift & Load Junk Removal from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of MI, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in MI.
